Sales Representative — Commission-Based

At TAMS, we&Apos;re building digital tools that help ministries and organizations run smarter, grow faster, and stay connected. We're expanding our team and seeking a Sales Representative who is passionate about growth, purpose, and results.

This is a commission-based role designed for motivated professionals who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales conversions. You'll have three months from onboarding to bring in new clients. Once achieved, you'll become a full member of the team with long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to meet targets and close deals
  • Experience working with SaaS, tech, or faith-based organizations is an advantage

Compensation

  • Commission-based for the first 3 months
  • Eligible for full-time employment upon meeting performance targets
